Our Non Refundable policy : All payments, deposits and fees paid for our services are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, an order has been confirmed, or resources have been allocated to the client’s matter. Where a client cancels after work has commenced, no refund will be due for work performed, time spent, costs incurred or resources committed. Any refund requested before work commences will be considered solely at our discretion. Fees paid to third parties, government bodies or other external providers on the client’s behalf are non-refundable where such fees have already been incurred or paid.
