Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates in Finance, Accounting, or related fields to join our growing accounting firm. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, managing client accounts, and ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records for clients
Support the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy
Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
Process invoices and manage payment schedules
Assist in payroll processing
Help in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related documents
Analyze and verify financial data for consistency and accuracy
Assist with audit preparation and provide support to auditors as needed
Assist senior accountants with month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain and update accounting files and records
Stay up-to-date with accounting software and tools used in the firm
Support in creating reports for internal and external clients
