Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring visual concepts to life. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging designs across digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals. This individual will work on a variety of projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, and promotional content. They will also collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop visually compelling designs that align with business goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation

Develop layouts, logos, illustrations, and other visual elements for print and digital media.

Branding

Maintain consistency in the visual representation of a brand, including logos, color schemes, and fonts.

Client Collaboration

Work closely with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and target audience.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Feedback Incorporation

Revise designs based on client feedback and input from team members.

Software Proficiency

Use design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other tools to create high-quality visuals.

Adaptation

Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

Print and Digital Formats

Create designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, posters, packaging, and email marketing.

Job Details

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate on digital and print designs.

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

  • Experience with both digital and print media is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software and tools.

  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.

  • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Standard office hours with occasional extended hours during peak payroll periods or for client-specific needs.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines.

  • Visa Sponsorship will be offered subject to the availability.
  • Salary range: £31,500 – £39,500 per annum. (Above Ongoing Rate)
